Are you excited and passionate about HR field with specific tasks regarding to Compensation & Benefits? Do you have solid knowledge of payroll, tax, Vietnam Labor law and practical experience in Employee Relation? Are you currently seeking a temporary full-time job in 7 months? If yes, let’s join us as Manager, Human Resources (7-month Temporary staff) .
In this role, firstly, you will take responsible for mandatory Insurance (Insurance Book, Health Insurance card, monthly declaration, monthly balance payment) and Personal Income Tax (PIT). Secondly, with your solid understanding of HR operation, you will support HR team in C&B topics such as bonuses calculation, annual salary review, personnel cost planning, etc. Handling administration tasks relating to Expat Management is one of interesting tasks to enrich your job skill. Finally, you will be able to apply your practical experience, to engage other HR related topics like HR policies/ guidelines, HR Compliance policy and administration.
To fit into HR team, you should be fluent in both Vietnamese and English and good at MS Office. Having the ability to adapt to changes in work environment, work assignment and changes in priorities are preferable. You will be able to apply your negotiation skill and communication skill through contacting employees and managers and among the team. And, those who are tactful and creative and careful are always welcome to our team.
