What you'll do

  • You will be responsible for welcoming guests in a professional, courteous manner to ensure guests are immediately settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere so they feel at home and to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • Some of your duties will include to handle luggage delivery and collection
  • As our Guest Services Assistant, you will provide all passers-by and visitors with a positive first impression of the hotel.
  • You’ll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
