Motorcycle Parts Sales Person
Motorcycle World is looking for a motivated and experienced motorcycle parts sales person to join our team.
As a leading retailer of motorcycle parts and accessories, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who visit our shop or contact us via phone or email.
- Help customers find the right motorcycle parts and accessories for their needs, and provide recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- Process sales transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and process data.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and trends in the motorcycle industry.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well stocked.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in motorcycle parts sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories, including brands, models, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales tools.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
