Due to continued growth, Fastway is seeking full-time, positive individuals to join our dedicated team, in Greenogue, Dublin D24 DH9Y. The successful candidates will be joining an experienced, skilled, and dedicated team who strive to provide excellent service to our clients, and parcel receivers alike. Responsibilities:
  • Complete the recruiting life-cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding).
  • Organise and assist recruitment assessment centres.
  • Coordinate and lead phone, video, and onsite interviews for various departments within the operation.
  • Conducting background / reference checks on every candidate.
  • Communicating with candidates on a regular basis to ensure the efficient running of the recruitment cycle and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Update database and employee files on a regular basis.
  • Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates
  • Working with Operations & Human Resources teams to onboard new hires and managing onboard Portal
  • Sourcing candidates for all positions within the Company
Requirements:
  • Strong experience recruiting for high volume roles across multiple teams
  • 1+ years recruiting experience
  • Patient, communicative, team player who is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills with a focus on knowledge-sharing
  • Strong admin skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent time Management
  • Travel will be involved
  • Immediate start is desirable
Salary & Benefits:
  • €32,000 - €35,000 DOE

Shift Pattern:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 40hrs a week
